Become a Vendor

The Rotary Club of Falmouth is now accepting registrations for the 26th Annual Craft Fair.  The fair will be held on September 5 & 6, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  It will be held at Marine Park on beautiful Falmouth Harbor (Scranton Ave).

All Vendors:
  • A limited number of vendor booth spaces are available.  
  • Space size:  20' x 15'
  • Electricity is not available for this event.
  • Gates open for set up at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday (9/5/26) and (9/6/26)
  • Vendor parking is located in the grassy area behind the bandshell (near Flying Bridge Restaurant) or down at the Gus Canty Recreation Center. We will be running shuttles from that lot to the event.
  • Early Bird applications are due by July 1st ($100 for two days if paid by 7/1/2026).
  • Beginning July 2nd, the application fee for two days is $120. 
  • No refunds issued for cancellations by vendor less than 45 days from event.

This is an outdoor event. Booth space size is 20’x 15.’ Vendors are responsible for bringing all items necessary to set up and operate their booth spaces. Ne refunds will be issued for cancellation by vendor less than 45 days out from event.
